As all those who watch AMC's Mad Men can attest to, it was indeed Christina Hendricks who brought sexy back. Sorry Justin.

Now Variety reports the very talented actress has signed on to star alongside Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhmel in a new Warner Bros. romantic comedy, Life As We Know It. The film will be directed by Greg Berlanti, whose many executive producing credits include shows such as: Dawnson's Creek, Everwood and Eli Stone.

Written by Ian Deitchman and Kristin Rusk Robinson, Life As We Know It focuses on two unattached adults whose worlds are turned upside down when their mutual best friends dies in an accident and name them as caregivers of their orphaned daughter. Hendricks will play best friend to Hegl's and Duhmel's characters.

I'm really excited to see Hendricks branch out into other projects. I think she's a very gifted actress and hope to see her in more films. What do you think of Hendricks and the cast for this movie?
