The first Iron Man film was awesome. It was fun, it had great effects and it was exciting. One of the most exciting scenes being the last few you saw. Where you were treated to a cameo of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury asking Stark, "You think you're the only Superhero in the world?" In the theater where I went to see the film, the audience who hadn't budged through the credits, started yelling and applauding their approval with that one line.

We were given the same treatment with 2008's The Incredible Hulk when Robert Downey Jr. appeared as Tony Stark talking about this, "team" he was putting together. Oh Marvel, you tease.

So of course many people are interested in seeing who will make an appearance in the upcoming Iron Man 2 movie. MTV Splashpage recently asked Don Cheadle, who plays Col. James 'Rhodey' Rhodes, about this and was told: “Thor and Hulk both make an appearance in this film. They work at a diner. You heard it here first. Thor is actually in the movie. He eats Tony Stark. He consumes him into his godlike belly and spews him into the world. He turns into stars actually.”

So there you have it, Thor eats Tony Stark. Not really, but c'mon, it was kinda funny to think about. For now we'll have to wait and see how much Cheadle was joking and who really made it in the final cut. Because I don't think cannibalism and celestial regurgitation are in the original script, even if it is godlike. Sorry Thor.

Iron Man 2 opens May 7th, 2010. Hopefully ending with Tony Stark all in one piece.
