A movie trailer for Sylvester Stallone's upcoming action flick, The Expendables has been released and despite the non-polish of the teaser, I like the feel of the film very much. It's not an "official" movie trailer in the sense that it's not done up for the public yet, rather this is shown to studios in hopes of gaining distribution. After getting a studio, the trailer gets all the trimmings, complete with all the bells and whistles.

Despite the fact that it's a rough cut, so to speak, I think the action is conveyed well and as any other action film junkie would be, I'm already in love with the cast.

Starring Sylvester Stallone, Jet Li, Jason Statham, Mickey Rourke, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Eric Roberts, Dolph Lundgren, Charisma Carpenter, Giselle Itie, Brittany Murphy, David Zayas and Amin Joseph, The Expendables definitely doesn't skimp on action names. The story is based around a group of elite American soldiers hired to overthrow a South-American dictator.
